How Points Work (Currently in Beta Phase)

1. How you earn points on transactions

We would like to let you know that this reward system is in beta phase and only engaged customers are eligible for this.

* The discount percentage (referring to column 2 & row 2, 3 or 4), is determined by the store. The maximum discount that can be earned within each category is displayed in the total discount column.

2. How points are credited on product return

If customer has done a transaction worth ₹1000 and received a 10% total discount (The effective amount paid by the customer is 1000 - 10 % = 900).
Later wishes to return an item worth ₹500 from that transaction then the points are updated as follows (Assuming there are only 900 points in customer's account):

• 500(Returned goods value) * 10% (Total discount) = 50 points are deducted from the 900 points so now total points are 850.
• 500(Returned goods value) - 10% (Total discount) = 450 points are credited to customer's account making total points in the account 1300^*.

3. How points are credited upon deleting product return

If the customer decides to take back the returned item, then the points are updated as follows
(Assuming that the customer has not done any other transaction in the middle, therefore point's in customer's account are 1300):

• 500(Returned goods value) - 10% (Total discount) = 450^# points are deducted from the 1300 points so now the total points are 850.
• 500(Returned goods value) * 10% (Total discount) = 50 points are credited to customer's account making the total points in the account 900.
